On Calvary Hill

I dreamed I was there on calvary hill,

in a land so far away.I watched as they hung my lord, on a wooden cross that day.I dropped to my knees at the foot of his cross and there I began to pray.

Oh Jesus, my lord what have they done,

how could they treat you this way.

He looked down at me and said with

a smile, my fathers will has been done.

Don't worry my child they know not what they do, for I am gods only son, I will arise from the dead, this body I'll shed and in heaven I'll live anew.

I'll go to prepare a mansion for you, then someday you can live there too. Just read my word from the bible each day and believe that each word is true, and that the blood I spill on this hill today, I do because I love you.

So awaken my child from this dream of yours and tell all the world it is true that god's only son is alive and well and waiting on each one of you.
I reached up and kissed his feet on the cross and then I awoke in my bed. I'll never forget that dream that night or any of the things that he said.
