A Christmas Angel sent to earth
To make our season bright
To warm each heart and keep us safe
She'll guide us with her light.

A Christmas Angel loved by all
She spreads good will and cheer
The peace and joy she brings to us
We pray will last the year.

~ Charlotte Anselmo ~

According to the Bible, the first Christmas angel appeared to Mary and told her that she would have a son called Jesus. Joseph was also visited by a Christmas angel who told him what his role in this world-changing event would be.

After Jesus was born, another group of Christmas angels appeared to the  Wise Men, as well as to a circle of Bethlehem shepherds, The shepherds found the stable where the child Jesus lay, When the Wise Men arrived, they gave the first Christmas presents ever - gold, frankincense and myrrh.

Today Christmas angels are alive and well, appearing just in time to help save or comfort their human friends. They appear to us in a variety of disguises, But their mission is obvious. They are sent to help people in times of great need.

The Angel of December - is the angel of generosity. The December angel celebrates with us this time of giving gifts to all the wild creatures and to all of God's children.

The angel of December leads us to join hands with people of all races and religions, recognizing that we are children of the same creator, and we all share the responsibility of bringing joy and health upon the earth.

Inspired by December's angel, we can celebrate this season of brotherhood by doing one act of kindness every day of December ~ going out of our way to bring warmth and light into another's life.

Angels are the guardians of hope and wonder, the keepers of magic and dreams. Angels are with you every step of the way and help you soar with amazing grace.

Give Us Daily Awareness

On life's busy thoroughfares
We meet with angels unawares...
So, Father, make us kind and wise
So we may always recognize
The blessings that are ours to take,
The friendships that are ours to make
If we but open our heart's door wide
To let the sunshine of love inside.
